3Music Awards 2024: Stonebwoy crowned Artiste of the Year (+VIDEO)

Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall star Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known as Stonebwoy, has been honored with the Artiste of the Year award at the 2024 3Music Awards. The highly anticipated event took place on September 28, 2024, at the Palms Convention Centre in Accra.

Stonebwoy’s win comes amid tough competition from notable artists such as King Promise, Sarkodie, Black Sherif, and Nacee. His exceptional talent and dedication have clearly resonated with fans, earning him not only the top award but also the Reggae/Dancehall Act of the Year.

Black Sherif also had a successful night, winning both Hiplife/Hip Hop Act of the Year and Performer of the Year. His dynamic performances continue to leave a lasting impression on audiences.

Olivetheboy shone brightly as well, taking home awards for EP of the Year and Breakthrough Act of the Year, marking an exciting chapter in his musical journey.

King Promise’s catchy hit “Terminator” was celebrated as the Viral Song of the Year, while Sarkodie’s “Otan” was awarded HipHop Song of the Year. These artists continue to set trends and elevate Ghanaian music on the global stage.

Nacee’s uplifting song “Aseda” was recognized as the Gospel Song of the Year, and Tyla’s “Water” won the African Song of the Year, showcasing the rich diversity of talent within the music scene.
The 2024 3Music Awards not only celebrated the achievements of these artists but also highlighted the vibrant musical culture in Ghana.
